Full, lively, rich, Umberto Vermouth is characterised by its bitter notes of cinchona bark and hyssop. After the extraction of the essences, the tinctures remain in wooden barrels for 6 months to mature. This not only intensifies the colour, but also gives it its balsamic and round body. A beautiful meditation vermouth that is particularly suitable for the end of a dinner. The Marolo distillery has restored the original recipe from 1854, developed by Dr. Domenico Ulrich, an apothecary and botanist. Only local botanicals and wine from Piedmont are used.
