Description

Grown high in the hills of Catalonia, these olives — mainly Arbequina — develop slowly and naturally, without chemicals. Harvested with care, often by hand, and cold pressed the same day to preserve their gentle fruit and clarity.

We have worked with this family for over 30 years. A small, dedicated farm. A shared commitment to doing things simply, and well.

Drizzle over tomatoes, finish grilled fish or meat, or enjoy the classic way — with bread, shared at the table.
