The Marolo distillery uses only wines from Piedmont and local botanicals. The result is a charming vermouth with only 16.5% alcohol by volume, which is just as suitable for an aperitif as it is for dessert. Candied orange, gentian, lemon balm, incense. Sunny orange fruit meets confident bitterness, softened by perfectly balanced sweetness. Wonderful neat on ice with an orange twist. And: an amazing contrast to milk chocolate cake!
