Description
For this Espresso Liqueur, only freshly roasted espresso from the roasting company "Chamer Land" is used. Once ground, the coffee is immediately transferred to an organic alcohol for maceration. After this phase, the mixture is refined with various spices and then filtered. This Espresso Liqueur contains neither aromas nor colourings; hence, a completely natural product! The coffee is of medium intensity and has a pronounced sweetness with aromas of caramelized nuts and slight notes of fruit, flavours well conveyed by the liqueur. The chosen espresso comes from Brazil, from the 'Fazenda Paraiso'. Each bag of green coffee can be traced precisely to its time and place of harvest thanks to the 'tag certified' system.
