Description
Characteristic of Gin Azul is its azure blue colour and a flowery, soft, yet subtly Mediterranean aroma enhanced by a fruity juniper note. To achieve this, Marx processes dried flowers of the Clitoria Ternatea, also giving the product its unmistakable colour. When ice cubes and tonic water are added to the gin, an exciting play of colours is created, and the drink transforms into a lively pink.
