The fruits for this noble spirit distilled from wild raspberries are harvested from old and wild cultures growing in a clearing near the estate in the front Bavarian Forest, allowing them to benefit from the unique climate of this intact environment. To avoid losing any of their natural ingredients, the freshly picked berries are immediately sorted, cleaned and then gently macerated for distillation. Savour this speciality with its fine fruit aromas, which are further enhanced by the soft rock spring water sourced from the unspoilt nature surrounding our Gut Bärenhof estate. The genuine taste of nature that is reflected in this product is far more complex, denser and pronounced than would be expected from spirits distilled from cultivated raspberries.
