Description
Kifaru (Rhino) Gin is made exclusively with botanicals from Zurich Zoo. It is refined with blossoms from trees of the Lindenhof, hay flowers from the Lewa Savannah and vanilla from the Masoala rainforest. Typical of a dry gin, the nose first reveals notes of juniper and citrus, followed by vanilla, hay and a hint of lime blossom, rounded off by a slight spiciness. On the palate, this complex play of aromas is repeated and a creamy and refreshing mouthfeel lingers for a long time. Kifaru Gin is produced at the Turicum Distillery in Zurich. Our tip: enjoy this gin with a neutral Marx Tonic from Bavaria.

Switzerland is famous for its banks, watches, and cheese, but not necessarily for its wine. The Swiss didn't invent wine, but they have been extremely open and curious to it.
