A new generation of winegrowers returns to the roots of winemaking and produces orange wines or so-called near-natural wines, which are produced without or with very little sulphur addition. There is a trend towards near-natural production. The way to organic wines is arduous, but the quality of the wines speaks for itself. This tasting evening promises a lot of discussion material in any case.
