Description

Chazánte is a non-alcoholic sparkling tea that combines the best of both worlds: the complex aromas of exclusive teas with the acidity and mineral notes of wine – refined with fine carbonation. The result is a completely new and exciting taste experience – without any alcohol. The nose reveals aromas of ginger, herbs and refreshing lemongrass. The finely balanced green teas – jasmine from Fujian and sencha from Zhejiang – add a herbal, grassy note, while a first flush Darjeeling lends the sparkling tea a special depth with floral accents. Wonderfully fresh and spicy with a fine perlage. Particularly harmonious with seafood and mild Asian dishes – and also a refreshing treat on its own.

Dealcoholised wine (grapes, grape must concentrate, stabiliser: citric acid and/or yeast manoproteins, acidity regulator: tartaric acid and/or malic acid, preservative: sulphites), tea infusion (49%, of which herbal tea 40%, Sencha & jasmine 44%, Darjeeling 16%), carbon dioxide, acidifier: citric acid.
