The Nicodemi olive oil, made from Leccino, Frantoio, Maurino and Carboncella expresses a most refreshing and intensive smell of tomato leaves, lime peel, green apple and of herbs like basil and thyme. In the background, aromas of almonds and fresh walnuts complete are recognisable. Its pronounced taste also reminds of wild herbs and is supported by a pleasant acidity and bitterness.
