Description
Founded in 1896 in Speyside, the Aultmore distillery is famous for producing a robust, rich and fragrant whisky. This single malt matured for 13 years in a «single» red wine barrique and shows notes of strawberry tart, ripe plums, pink peppercorns, dark hedgerow berries and exotic spices on the nose. The palate reflects these notes with a lingering and warming finish. This is an exclusive bottling for Baur au Lac Vins in collaboration with The Whisky Cellar.
