The Glenrothes from The Whisky Cellar - Private Cellars Selection by Keith Bonnington is a deep single malt Scotch whisky that has matured for 11 years in ex-Oloroso sherry casks. This maturation gives it flavours of dried fruit, chocolate and a fine spiciness. On the palate, there is a harmonious balance of sweet sherry notes, oak and honey, which lead to a long-lasting, warming finish. A delight for lovers of sherry-matured whiskies.
