Description
This single malt from the Inchgower Distillery in Speyside first matured in a bourbon hogshead and then finished in a Banyuls cask – a French red wine from the Pyrenees. A whisky from the limited edition Pintail range from The Whisky Cellar. Pear skin, rose water and dark cherry play the leading role on the nose. Toffee, pink pepper and a hint of almond oil join in on the palate. The finish: Long-lasting, warming and just the right mix of sweet fruit and spicy finesse. A well-balanced Speyside with exciting flavours and French sophistication – perfect for curious explorers and lovers of special cask maturations.

Highland-Speyside
