Description
This single malt whisky comes from the Strathmill Distillery in Moray, Speyside, and matured for 15 years in a second-fill Oloroso sherry cask. Bottled at cask strength by independent bottler Keith Bonnington for The Whisky Cellar's Private Cellar Selection, this whisky does not require chill-filtration or artificial colouring. The bouquet seduces with spicy notes of ginger cake, sweet red apples, a hint of milk chocolate and toasted oak. These flavours continue on the palate and create a wonderfully soft mouthfeel with subtle sherry notes.
