Description

A light-colored wine made from Pinot Noir that’s wonderfully light and unpretentious. The grapes are pressed immediately, giving it its delicate rosé color. Fruity and fresh on the palate, it’s pleasantly light and goes down easily. A versatile pairing for fish, white meats, and Asian dishes, though it also works perfectly on its own. Whether as an aperitif, on the patio, or with a meal, this Federweiss is always a great choice when something light and refreshing is called for.
