Originally established as Aldour Distillery in 1798 (and changed to Blair Athol in 1825) this is one of the Diageo stable and a key component in their blends. The Blair Athol distillate is full bodied and typically at the nutty end of the flavour wheel. The bolder spirit lends itself to weightier cask maturation or finishing. Oloroso Sherry Cask Finish.
