The Whisky Cellar
The Whisky Cellar was founded in 2017 as an independent Scottish bottler by whisky expert Keith Bonnington
Bonnington, who lives in the heart of Edinburgh, can look back on a career in whisky spanning almost two decades. For over 10 years he was responsible at Edrington for brands such as the Macallan and Highland Park.

from The Whisky Cellar
With the aid of a comprehensive network of sources and suppliers and an expert panel of testers, including master whisky maker Max Macfarlane, the Whisky Cellar selects exclusive and exquisite single casks of Scottish whisky from its main brands and places them on the market: The Whisky Cellar Private Cellars Selection, Whisky Illuminati and the Easy Sipper. With everything from single malt, single grain, blended malt and whiskys of the world represented in the range, no whisky - or, for that matter, whiskey - is ruled out. If he likes it enough and the story is an interesting one, the whisky is bottled - but only when Keith thinks the time is right to do so.
When it comes to maturing and finishing, bourbon, sherry and madeira casks are used which give the whiskies that extra touch of something special. All the whiskies are placed on the market at cask strength and, as exclusive individual bottlings, as extremely limited editions.
For Keith Bonnington, whisky is "always a loyal companion in times of reflection, concentration, grief and celebration. It is always treated with due respect and has vouchsafed him so many unforgettable moments over time." In 2013 he was appointed an honorary member of the "Keepers of the Quaich". Keith hopes that his whiskies will bring you as much joy as creating this selection did for him.

Domaine de Cabasse
This winery is situated amidst vines between the towns of Séguret and Sablet, a half-hour drive from Orange, or Châteauneuf-du-Pape. The origins of the Domaine de Cabasse date back to when the Papal seat was in Avignon. Over time, the original Italian name Casa Bassa (the house below the village) became Cabasse.
