Wine & Dine with Álvaro Palacios – Alpenblick Gossau

Wednesday, May 6, 2026 | 6.00 pm until 10.00 pm 

The Wine & Dine event will be hosted by Álvaro Palacios, who understands the terroir beneath his feet like few others. To complement the Spanish dishes, guests will have the opportunity to taste wines such as Plácet de Valtomelloso and Las Lamas. To round off the evening in style, a selection of particularly fine wines awaits you – including La Faraona and L’Ermita.

From the steep slate slopes of the Priorat, through the cooler, green hills of Bierzo, and back to its roots in Rioja, Palacios has created a world of wines that tell the story of their origins – each one distinctive in its own right and among the most sought-after of their kind.
