Paladin
The vineyards of the Paladin winery are located in the border area between the Eastern Veneto and Friuli, where wine was already being grown in Roman times. At that time, the wines of this area were shipped in amphorae from the nearby sea ports to Rome, as reported by the historian Pliny.
Founded in 1962 by Valentino Paladin, this family-run business is now managed by his sons Carlo and Roberto, and his grandchildren Francesca, Valentino and Martina, and combines tradition with craftsmanship.
The calcareous clay soils were formed about 20,000 years ago, after the last ice age. At a depth of 50 to 100 centimetres, one runs into limestone, the so-called Caranto, which gives the wines their body, richness and flavour intensity. The region has a rather mild climate. To the north, the Dolomites and the Alps provide protection from the cold; to the south-east, the Adriatic has a moderating influence.

Many different varieties are grown here. The wines selected by Baur au Lac Vins are characterised by their clearly distinguished varietal flavour. Moreover, they astonish and delight with their sensational price. The range is rounded off by two Prosecco wines, specially bottled for Baur au Lac Vins, which are also impressive in terms of quality and price.

Castello del Terriccio
Castello del Terriccio is one of the largest agricultural estates in Tuscany (Province of Pisa) with its own microclimate. The approximately 1700 hectares extend from the northern end of the Maremma to the Tyrrhenian Sea. The vineyards enjoy a south-southwest exposure with the warming and luminous effect of the sea. The Mediterranean maquis and the eucalyptus trees growing all around it not only protect the grapes from the wind, but also imbue them with the scents and aromas that give the wines of the Terriccio their distinctive flavour.
Zehnthof Luckert Winery
The winery is located in the Zehnthof prince-bishop's residence built in Sulzfeld am Main, Lower Franconia in 1558, and is known for wines with a distinctive and mineral character. The vineyards covering 17 hectares belonging to the winery are cultivated by Ulrich Luckert, his brother Wolfgang and the latter's son Philipp.
Finca Montepedroso
In the heart of Spain's Rueda wine region, at an altitude of 750 metres, lies the Montepedroso estate – a place where tradition, passion and personality come together. Here, siblings Carlos and Pilar Martínez Bujanda produce a white wine from 100% Verdejo grapes that impressively reflects the terroir of the region.
