Sacchetto
For over a hundred years, the Sacchetto family has devoted itself to winemaking with passion. The winery is led by the siblings Beatrice and Paolo, together with the people who work alongside them and help shape its identity. They all share one vision: to create wines that express their origin – and tell a story.
The roots of the business stretch back to the early 20th century in Veneto, where wine was an integral part of the local culture. After the war, founder Sisto Sacchetto began trading in grapes and expanded the business in the 1950s and 60s by growing his own grapes and producing wine from them. His son Filiberto carried on this vision and developed the family business into an internationally active winery. His children, Paolo and Beatrice, followed in his footsteps and now run the business in its third generation – modern, forward-looking and with a keen sense for innovation and international markets.
A particular highlight is the «Mille Bolle non-alcoholic»: a spumante that combines pleasure with lightness. It is first produced in the same way as a classic wine – from the grape to fermentation. The alcohol is then gently removed using reverse osmosis. This precise process preserves the wine’s aromas and delicate bouquet. The result is a wonderfully fragrant, alcohol-free sparkling wine with an exotic, fruity touch – perfect for carefree moments and festive occasions.

Alvaro Palacios, S.L.
Álvaro Palacios was only 25 years old when he moved to the lonely Priorat in 1989. He left his parents’ vineyard in Rioja (Palacios Remondo) behind, which had grown too small for him. He joined forces with a group of friends to reawaken the sleeping beauty of the Priorat, which the prior inhabitants had mostly abandoned in search of a better and easier life in the cities.
